Tato práce analyzuje metody uzavírání smluv na internetu a specifika jeho samotného. Také se výrazným způsobem zaměřuje na volbu práva. Získané poznatky poté používá k analýze volby práva, kterou provádí smluvní strany na internetu v případě několika konkrétních vybraných poskytovatelů služeb. This thesis analyses the methods of entering into contracts on the internet and the specifics of the internet itself. The paper also greatly focuses on choice of law. Hereby acquired knowledge is then used for analysis of choice of law concluded by parties to internet contracts in case of a few selected service providers on the internet.
