Employee benefits from an accounting and tax perspective

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou zaměstnaneckých benefitů z účetního a daňového pohledu. Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části je popsána právní úprava zaměstnaneckých benefitů, jejich účtování a srovnání výhodnosti poskytnutí benefitu oproti navýšení mzdy. Dále jsou zde podrobně popsány vybrané zaměstnanecké benefity. Praktická část této práce se věnuje zkoumání účetního a daňového řešení zaměstnaneckých benefitů ve vybraném podniku. V podniku byla zjišťována spokojenost se systémem benefitů. V poslední části jsou ze zjištěných výsledků analýzy navrhnuta vhodná opatření.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with analysis of employee benefits from accounting and tax point of view. The thesis is divided into the theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part describes the legal regulation of employee benefits, their accounting and comparison of the benefits of providing benefits in comparison with wage increases. Selected employee benefits are described in detail below. The practical part deals with the study of the accounting and tax solution of employee benefits in selected company. Satisfaction with the benefit system was found in the company. The last part proposes appropriate measures from the results of the analysis.
