Bakalářská práce na téma "Analýza metody kaizen ve firmě" analyzuje teoretickou část metody kaizen, podrobněji zkoumá muda (plýtvání), systém JIT a kanban. Vysvětleny jsou také pojmy Total quality control, lean production nebo kaizen workshop. V praktické části potom zkoumá, jakým způsobem firma kaizen a jeho systémy uplatňuje. The bachelor thesis called "Benefit analysis method of kaizen in a company" deals with muda (wasting), JIT system and kanban. There are described concepts of Total quality control, lean production or kaizen workshop. There are investigates about how the company uses kaizen and its systems in practice.
