The possibilities of development of cycle tourism in the region Vlašim

Abstract:

Cílem této bakalářské práce je analyzovat současnou situaci v oblasti cykloturistiky na Vlašimsku a navrhnout vhodné alternativy pro rozvoj tohoto segmentu cestovního ruchu a definovat význam vlivu cykloturistiky na rozvoj cestovního ruchu v tomto regionu a nastínit možnosti dalšího rozvoje. Další rozvoj je velmi důležitý nejen pro ekonomickou situaci v kraji, ale i pro možnost nových pracovních míst a zviditelnění kraje jak v celorepublikovém měřítku, tak i v zahraničí. Práce se skládá ze tří kapitol - teoretické, praktické a návrhové. V první z nich jsou objasněny základní pojmy, koncepty a strategické dokumenty týkající se cykloturistiky a také je přiblížen Středočeský kraj s důrazem na region Vlašimska. Následující pasáž analyzuje současný potenciál oblasti pro cykloturistiku. Pozornost je věnována jak vymezení nejdůležitějších turistických cílů v regionu, tak kapacitám služeb poskytovaných turistům. Nedílnou součástí této kapitoly je také souhrn v současnosti fungujících cyklotras v regionu a rovněž popis nejzajímavějších cyklo výletů, jež navrhují regionální informační servery. Třetí kapitola pak hodnotí současné cykloturistické kapacity regionu a doporučuje konkrétní strategie, které by měly být realizovány pro zvýšení kvality poskytovaných služeb a cyklistické infrastruktury tak, aby vzrostla cykloturistická atraktivita regionu.

Abstract:

The aim of this thesis is to analyze the current situation in the sphere of cycle-tourism in Vlašim region and propose several alternatives for the development of this type of tourism and also define the meaning of the effects of cycling on tourism development in the region and outline the opportunities for further development. Further development is very important not only for the economic situation in the region, but also for the new jobs opportunities and visibility of the region not only at national level, but also in abroad. The work consists of three chapters - theoretical, analytical and proposal. In the first of them author explains the basic concepts, terms and strategic documents concerning the cycle-tourism as well as introduce the Central Bohemian region with the emphasis on the Vlašim region. The following passage analyzes current potential for development of cycle-tourism. Attention is paid to the most important local tourist attractions as well as to capacities of services providing to tourists. The part of this chapter is also summary of current cycle-routes and description o the most beautiful cycle-trip. The third part of the thesis recommends strategies for the development of services and cycle-infrastructure to improve attractiveness of the region.
