The question of transfer prices in view of the comparability: the proposal introducing the comparability adjustments

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou převodních cen, jejich dokumentací a návrhy na jejich přesnější stanovení, a to i ohledem na koronavirovou krizi. Důležitým výchozím dokumentem je směrnice OECD z roku 2017. Teoretická část práce je rozdělena na čtyři kapitoly, První z nich pojednává o definici důležitých pojmů vyskytujících se s v souvislosti s převodními cenami a popis postupu při provádění srovnávací analýzy. Druhá kapitola popisuje jednotlivé metody, kterými lze převodní ceny stanovit. Třetí kapitola se pak věnuje výše zmíněným úpravám v období koronavirové krize. Praktická část práce představuje využití těchto poznatků na příkladu srovnávací analýzy a z ní plynoucí možné úpravy srovnatelnosti.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis deals with the issue of transfer pricing, their documentation and proposals for their more accurate determination, even with regard to the coronavirus crisis. An important starting document is the OECD guideline of 2017. The theoretical part of the work is divided into four chapters. The first of them deals with the definition of important terms occurring in connection with transfer pricing and a description of the procedure for performing comparable analysis. The second chapter describes the various methods by which transfer prices can be determined. The third chapter then deals with the above-mentioned adjustments during the coronavirus crisis. The practical part of the work presents the use of this knowledge on the example of comparable analysis and the resulting possible adjustments of the comparability.
