Analysis of Interest of High School Students in Typical Professions in Zlin Region

Abstract:

Cieľom mojej práce je popísať situáciu na trhu práce v Zlínskom kraji v závislosti na záujme študentov stredných škôl o vybrané typové profesie a navrhnúť riešenie tejto situácie. Moja bakalárska práca sa skladá z dvoch častí. A to z časti teoretickej a praktickej. Teoretická časť vymedzuje pojmy nezamestnanosti a trhu práce a taktiež sa budem venovať inštitúciám verejnej správy a ich činnosti. Na samotnú analýzu nezamestnanosti u absolventov stredných škôl sa zameriam v ďalšej kapitole. Na záver táto časť objasňuje samotný proces analýzy. Zamerala som sa totiž na to, aby som po teoretickej stránke objasnila analýzu, ktorú som použila na vypracovanie a následne vyhodnotenie stavu záujmu študentov stredných škôl a vybrané pracovné pozície. V praktickej časti som sa zamerala na analýzu Zlínskeho kraja týkajúcu sa požiadaviek študentov na vybrané pracovné pozície a taktiež na predstavenie Zlínskeho kraja prostredníctvom socioekonomickej analýzy. Porovnanie výsledkov v Zlínskom kraji s výsledkami v celej Českej republike tvoria záver mojej práce. Cieľom je zhrnutie celej situácie a navrhnutie prostriedkov na jej zlepšenie.

Abstract:

The aim of my Bachelor's Thesis is to describe a situation at the labour market in Zlín Region depending on the interest of high school students in chosen type professions and suggest the solution of this situation. My Bachelor's Thesis is comprised of two parts. First part is theoretical and second part is practical. Theoretical part defines terms unemployment and labour market and it will also deal with public administration institutions and their activities. I will focus on the analysis of unemployment of high school students itself in next chapter. At the end of this part, there is an explanation of analysis process itself. I have focused on the theoretical explanation of analysis, which I have used in making and after that evaluation of state of interest of high school students in chosen occupations. In practical part I have focused on analysis of Zlín Region concerning requirements of students on chosen occupations and I also have presented Zlín Region by means of socioeconomic analysis. At the end of my thesis, there is a comparison between results in Zlin Region and the Czech Republic. The aim is to summarize the whole situation and suggest means for improvement of this situation.
