Molecular-dynamics Simulations of Hyaluronan-ions Interactions (computer experiments)
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce fenomenologicky popisuje interakce hyaluronanu s různými ionty na základě simulací metodou molekulové dynamiky v programu NAMD. Výsledky simulací práce dává do souvislosti s dříve publikovanými teoriemi a hypotézami, jakou jsou Hofmeistrova řada iontů nebo párování iontů s podobnou afinitou k vodě.
Abstract:
The thesis phenomenologically describes the interaction of hyaluronan with various ions based on simulations using the method of molecular dynamics in NAMD program. The results of simulation the thesis puts into context with the previously published theories and hypotheses, such as the Hofmeister series of ions and the ions pairing with similar affinity to water.
