Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou IP telefonie jako celkem s důrazem na účtování hovorů, tedy billing u standardního VoIP operátora. This thesis deals with IP telephony as a total, with emphasis on billing calls, therefore, it is a billing as a standard VoIP service provider.
