V této bakalářské práci se zabývám problematikou plaveckého způsobu prsa, jejím historickým vývojem a novými trendy. Další část zahrnuje i popis startovního skoku a obrátky při prsou. In this thesis I focus on how to swim breast, its historical development and new trends. Another section includes a description of the starting jump and turn in my chest.
