Aspects of the return of juveniles from the registration of unemployed by the Labor Office of the Czech Republic back to the education system.

Abstract:

Tématem této bakalářská práce je motivace mladistvých ke vzdělávání. Výzkum práce zjišťuje aspekty, které ovlivnily mladistvé s dosaženým základním vzděláním ve městě Kadani k návratu do sytému středoškolského vzdělávání. V úvodu práce je zdůvodněn výběr tématu. Teoretická východiska práce zahrnují poznatky z oblasti motivace mládeže ke vzdělávání, povinné školní docházky a rodinné výchovy. Dílčími cíli výzkumu práce jsou zjištění, zda je dětem na základních školách v Kadani poskytován dostatek potřebných informací o pokračujícím studiu, o možných negativních dopadech nevzdělanosti a nezaměstnanosti v budoucím životě, zda mají dostatek individuálního přístupu ze strany učitelů, a zda mají dostatek podpory učitelů a rodičů ke vzdělávání.

Abstract:

The topic of this bachelor thesis is the motivation of adolescents for education. The research of the thesis identifies aspects that influenced adolescents with basic education in the city of Kadani to return to the system of secondary education. The choice of topic is justified in the introduction. The theoretical basis of the work includes knowledge from the field of motivation of young people for education, compulsory school attendance and family education. The partial goals of the research are to find out whether children in primary schools in Kadan are provided with enough necessary information about continuing studies, about possible negative effects of education and unemployment in future life, whether they have enough individual approach by teachers, and whether they have enough support of teachers and parents to education
