Customs authority`s position in prevention of organized criminal activities
Abstract:
Organizovaná kriminalita je pro společnost velice nebezpečným jevem. Jednou z bezpečnostních složek České republiky, které zaměřují svoji činnost proti organizovanému zločinu, jsou i pověřené celní orgány. Pověřené celní orgány působí převážně v oblasti daňové kriminality a drog.
Abstract:
Die organisierte Kriminalität ist ein sehr gefährliches Phänomen für die Gesellschaft. Eine aus Sicherheitskräfte der Tschechischen Republik, die hinzielen ihre Tätigkeit gegen organisierte Kriminalität, sind auch beauftragte Zollorgane. Die beauftragte Zollorgane wirken überwiegend im Steuerkriminalitätgebiet und im Drogengebiet.
