Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou vymáhání pohledávek. V praktické části jsou zkoumána dvě vybraná portfolia pohledávek, a to zanalyzováním složení portfolií, jednotlivých inkasních kroků až po úspěšnost inkasního procesu a porovnáním skutečné návratnosti investice s očekávanou návratností investice do portfolií pohledávek. Analýzou inkasních kroků byla zjištěna nejslabší část inkasního procesu, a to nepružnost předávání pohledávek advokátní kanceláři k podání žaloby. Porovnáním návratnosti investice s očekáváním bylo zjištěno, že ač se očekávaná návratnost investice jevila jako velice konzervativní, skutečná návratnost investice do pohledávek v době ekonomické krize je značně prodloužena. V poslední části diplomové práce jsou navrženy postupy, které mají zajistit průběžné předávání pohledávek advokátní kanceláři, což povede ke zrychlení návratnosti investice do portfolií pohledávek.

Abstract:

This dissertation deal with the debt collection. In the practical part are studied two selected portfolios of debts. There is analysis of portfolios composition, individual collection steps, until the analysis of success of the collection process and comparing the actual return of investments with an expected return of investments in debt portfolios. By analyzing the collection steps was found the weakest part of collection and it is inflexibility transfer of debts to law office to start a legal action. By comparing the return of investments with expectation, it was found that although expected return of investments seemed to be conservative the real return of investments during the economic crisis is greatly extended. In the last part of this dissertation are designed procedures to ensure continuous transfer of debts to law office, which will accelerate the return of investments in debt portfolio.
