Socio-economic drought in the agrarian landscape

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem socioekonomického sucha zacíleného do agrární krajiny. Sucho je aktuálním problémem pro Českou republiku a její nejvnímavější oblasti, mezi které patří i Jihomoravský kraj, jenž je specifikem pro obsah v praktické části. Práce cílí hlavně na upozornění problémů socioekonomických, které s sebou dlouhodobé sucho přináší. V prvním úseku teoretické části práce je představeno obecné pojetí sucha, v návaznosti na něj jsou stručně popsány samotné typy sucha a jejich vzájemná provázanost. Další úsek se věnuje suchu jako problému pro krajinu České republiky a jeho vlivu na zemědělství a hovoří se zde také o stavu zemědělské půdy v České republice a její snížené retenční schopnosti. Kromě toho jsou popsány strategické dokumenty, podle kterých se Česká republika řídí při postupu v boji proti suchu a jeho vlivům, společně s legislativními podmínkami řešící problematiku vody a možného vlivu sucha. Poslední úsek teoretické části se věnuje významu a důležitosti vody pro veřejnost a stavu podzemních vod. Zároveň jsou zde uvedená běžná opatření v problematice dostupnosti pitné vody pro veřejnost při výskytu sucha.V praktické části pak práce sleduje subjekt, nedisponující vodovodní přípojkou na veřejnou distribuční síť vodovodního řadu, v období reálného výskytu sucha a jeho přizpůsobení se dané situaci. Součástí praktické části je i návrh možných řešení, která může subjekt provést jako protiopatření a jejich zhodnocení.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis deals with the topic of socio-economic drought aimed at the agrarian landscape. Drought is a current problem for the Czech Republic and its most vulnerable areas, including the South Moravian Region, which is specific to the content in the practical part. The work aims mainly to draw attention to the socio-economic problems that come with long-term drought.The first part of the theoretical part of the thesis presents the general concept of drought, in which the types of drought and their interconnection are briefly described. The next section deals with drought as a problem for the landscape of the Czech Republic and its impact on agriculture and also discusses the state of agricultural land in the Czech Republic and its reduced retention capacity. The following describes the strategic documents according to which the Czech Republic follows the procedure in the fight against drought and its effects with the legislative conditions that deal with the issue of water and the possible impact of drought. The last part of the theoretical part deals with the importance of water for the community and the state of groundwater. Concurrently are listed here general measures in the issue of availability of drinking water during drought for the community.In the practical part, the work observe the subject, which doesn't have a water supply connection to the public distribution of the water supply system, in the period of real occurrence of drought and his adaptation to the situation.It also includes a proposal for possible solution that the subject can implement as a countermeasure and their evaluation.
