Influence of management interviews on motivation and performance of employees

Abstract:

Práce je zaměřena na problematiku manažerských rozhovorů a má za cíl zjistit jejich dopad na motivaci a výkonnost zaměstnanců. Zabývá se důležitostí role manažera, popisuje budování vztahů a vzájemnou interakci mezi manažerem a zaměstnanci. Teoretická část obsahuje rešerši zabývající se jednotlivými typy manažerských rozhovorů a hodnotí jejich přínosy i rizika. V praktické části je proveden výzkum formou dotazníku, který je sondou do problematiky a poukazuje na zkušenosti respondentů s manažerskými pohovory.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis is focused on the issue of management interviews and aims to find out their impact on motivation and efficiency of employees. The work deals with the importance of the manager’s role, describes the building of relationships and interaction between manager and employees. The theoretical part contains a survey of individual types of management interviews and evaluates their benefits and risks. In the practical part, research is carried out in the form of a questionnaire which is a probe into the analyzed issues and illustrates the experience of respondents with managerial interviews.
