Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na proces sestavování rozpočtů u obchodního podniku. Teoretická část představuje úvod do problematiky týkající se rozpočetnictví. This bachelor thesis is focused on the budgeting process of a business enterprise. The theoretical part is an introduction to the issues related to budgeting. The basic concepts and functions of budgeting are explained and two methods of budget construction are introduced - the top-down and bottom-up methods.
