Práce se zabývá subjektivní odpovědností učitelů hudebního oboru základní umělecké školy za úspěšnost svých žáků. S tímto tématem úzce souvisí definování úspěchu a úspěšnosti ve studiu v základní umělecké škole. Cílem teoretické části je vysvětlení klíčových pojmů. Stěžejní část práce tvoří kvalitativní šetření.
