Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá korupcí ve veřejném sektoru. Po charakteristice klíčových pojmů komparuje trestněprávní úpravu úplatkářských trestných činů v České republice s právní úpravou Finska. Ve vybrané oblasti veřejného sektoru – nakládání s obecním/městským majetkem analyzuje stávající právní úpravu a poskytuje rozbor dvou konkrétních korupčních kauz. This diploma thesis deals with corruption in public sector. After characterizing key concepts, it compares the criminal law regulation of the bribery criminal offences in the Czech Republic with Finnish legislation.
