This thesis examines strategic management in Biosynth, s. r. o., which operates in the chemical industry. To reach the goal of this thesis, methods of strategic analysis of the business environment, external and internal, were used for a detailed review, and the results were evaluated based on the SWOT and SPACE analysis methods. Práca skúma strategické riadenie v podniku Biosynth, s. r. o, ktorý podniká v chemickom priemysle. Na podrobné preskúmanie boli využité metódy strategickej analýzy vonkajšieho aj vnútorného podnikového okolia a finálne výsledky boli vyhodnotené na základe metódy SWOT a SPACE analýz.
