Tato bakalářská práce se ve své teoretické části zabývá významem podnikového vzdělávání, rozebírá jeho cíle a zjišťování vzdělávacích potřeb. Dále se věnuje motivaci zaměstnavatele a zaměstnance ve vztahu k vzdělávání a popisuje typy motivací. Přínosy podnikového vzdělávání rozebírá jak z pohledu zaměstnavatele, tak zaměstnance. This bachelor work in its theoretical part deals with the significance of corporate education, analyses its targets and finds out the needs of education. Further it pursues the motivation of the employer and employee in relation to education and describes types of motivation.
