Předmětem bakalářské práce je postihnout vývoj dohledu a regulace odvětví družstevního peněžnictví v letech 2000 až 2008. Práce je členěna chronologicky a popisuje celkový vývoj v daném období s důrazem na legislativní úpravu, která vymezovala okruh činností dohledových orgánů a pravidla regulace.
