Predmetom bakalárskej práce sú behaviorálne financie (behavioral finance). V úvodnej časti sa nachádza stručná systematizácia historického vývoja behaviorálnych financií. Druhá kapitola sa zaoberá faktormi ovplyvňujúcimi rozhodovanie trhových účastníkov, pričom dôraz je kladený na faktory pochádzajúce z teórie behaviorálnych financií.
