Abstract:
Problematika investic ve sféře sociálních služeb. V teoretické části je popsán systém financování sociálních služeb, možnosti podnikání v této sféře. V praktické části je z hlediska efektivnosti investice analyzován konkrétní projekt a to ubytovací zařízení s kapacitou 240 lůžek, možnosti jeho financování a posouzení nefektivnosti jednotlivých typů projektu.
Abstract:
Problems investment in the sphere of social services. In the theoretical part is described system of financing social services, business possibilities in this sphere. In practice part in light from effectiveness investment is analyzed concrete project and housing company with capacity 240 beds, possibilities of financed and appreciation single types of projects.
