Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se věnuje ošetřovatelské péči o pacienta s náhradní derivací moče a to konkrétně u pacienta s epicystostomií. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část popisuje anatomii a fyziologii močové soustavy, základní typy náhradní derivace moče, přípravu pacienta na založení stomie na močovém traktu, komplikace stomií a edukace stomiků. In the bachelor thesis I was dealing with nursing care of a patient with a substitute urinary derivation, namely by a patient with epicystostomy. The thesis is divided into the theoretical and practical part.
