Employee evaluation and assessment in the Regional Authorities in the Czech Republic

Abstract:

The goal of the submitted thesis is the evaluation of the employee appraisal techniques for the Regional Authorities in the Czech Republic. The first part deals with the theoretical aspects, that are important for creating employee appraisal system and for the choice of the right appraisal techniques in the organization of any type. The second part discusses the legal aspects of the Regional Authorities in the Czech Republic that are required to take into consideration when creating employee appraisal system. The third part describes the current employee appraisal systems in the selected Regional Authorities. The last part analyzes and compares these employee appraisal systems and offers the recommendations for the Regional Authorities in the area of employee assessment and appraisal techniques.

Abstract:

Predmetom tejto diplomové práce je hodnotenie zamestnancov krajských úradov v Českej republike. Konkrétny cieľ práce je evaluácia metód hodnotenia zamestnancov a ich využiteľnosť a vhodnosť v podmienkach krajských úradov. Prvá časť práce sa venuje teoretickým východiskám, ktoré sú dôležité pre tvorbu systému hodnotenia zamestnancov a pre výber správneho súboru metód hodnotenia v akejkoľvek organizácii. Druhá časť práce špecifikuje východiská pre tvorbu tohto systému na krajských úradoch v ČR. Tretia časť práce popisuje súčasné systémy hodnotenia vybraných krajských úradov v Českej republike. Posledná časť práce sa venuje komparácii skúmaných systémov hodnotenia zamestnancov a odporúčaniam pre krajské úrady vo využiteľnosti a vhodnosti jednotlivých metód hodnotenia.
