Tato diplomová práce nese název "Vliv ekonomického vývoje na realitní trh v okresech Ústeckého kraje v oblasti bytů". Cílem práce je analyzovat realitní trh v jednotlivých okresech Ústeckého kraje s ohledem na ekonomický vývoj kraje a okresů.
