Principle of proportionality in the case law of administrative courts
Abstract:
Cílem bakalářské práce je analýza využití principu proporcionality v právní argumentaci správních soudů. Praktická část bude věnována kvantitativní analýze judikatury správních soudů zohledňující princip proporcionality, u vybraných rozsudků, coby případových studií, bude provedena analýza kvalitativní.
Abstract:
The aim of the bachelor thesis is to analyse the use of the principle of proportionality in the legal reasoning of administrative courts. The practical part will be devoted to a quantitative analysis of the case law of administrative courts taking into account the principle of proportionality, while a qualitative analysis will be carried out for selected judgments as case studies.
