Energy source system for student experimental electric vehicle

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se ve své stati zabývá koncepčním návrhem i reálnou konstrukcí energetické zdrojové soustavy pro studentský experimentální elektromobil. Experimentálním elektromobilem se rozumí upravená invalidní tříkolka doplněná o potřebnou elektro výzbroj. V diplomové práci je nejprve analyzován současný stav vozidla včetně uvedení jeho geometrických a mechanických vlastností. Dále je navržena trasa, kterou by vozidlo mělo bezpečně na jedno nabití urazit. Na základě charakteru trasy je sestrojen výškový profil a následně vypočtena celková energetická náročnost v obou jízdních směrech. Dle vypočtené energetické náročnosti je dále vybrána baterie splňující jak kapacitní, tak elektrické požadavky. S bateriemi souvisí i návrh a realizace vhodného nabíječe. Napájení nabíječe trakční baterie je vyřešeno pomocí spínaného síťového zdroje, který disponuje výstupy kompatibilními s nabíječem trakčních baterií. Dozorčí systém nad všemi komponenty, hlavně pak nad bateriemi, tvoří systém BMS. K akumulaci energie jsou vybrány Li-pol baterie, které pro svou korektní činnost vyžadují monitoring provozních parametrů. Těmito parametry jsou teplota, maximální a minimální napětí článku. Pokud by systém BMS detekoval hodnotu některé z měřených veličin mimo předem stanovený rozsah, učiní akční zásah v podobě rozpojení trakčního obvodu či přerušení nabíjení daného článku.

Abstract:

The content of this diplom work is the conceptual design and real construction energy source system for student experimental electric vehicle. Experimental electric vehicle is the modified wheel tricycle completed with the necessary electrical equipment. The diplom work first analyzes the present condition of the vehicle, including the introduction of geometrical and mechanical properties. It is also proposed route taken by the vehicle should securely on a single charge offend. Based on the nature of the route is constructed altitude profile and then calculated the total energy intensity in both travel directions. According to the calculated energy consumption is further selected batteries, which suit in capacitive and electrical requirements. With the batteries also relate the design and implementation of a suitable charger. Powering of traction battery charger is solved using a switching power supply that has outputs compatible with the charger for batteries. The supervisory system over all components, especially over the batteries, is BMS system. For accumulation of energy are selected Li-poly batteries, which need for correct operation requires monitoring of operating parameters. These parameters are the temperature, the maximum and minimum cell voltage. If the BMS system has detected some value out of range, system makes action invention in the form of traction circuit disconnection or interruption of charging.
