Tato práce se zabývá stravovacími zařízení na úseku řeky Vltavy z Vyššího Brodu do Zlaté Koruny z pohledu vodácké turistiky. Práce hodnotí jejich kvalitu a srovnává zařízení mezi sebou navzájem. Zaměřuje se rovněž na obsah jídelního lístku a s tím související specifické stravovací požadavky osob, kam je zařazeno vegetariánství, veganství, potravinové alergie a potravinové intolerance. This thesis deals with food service establisments on the section of the Vltava River from Vyšší Brod to Zlatá Koruna from the perspective of water tourism. The thesis evaluates their quality and compares the facilities with each other.
