Measuring Customer Satisfaction with Confectionery Products on the Domestic Market

Abstract:

Tématem této bakalářské práce je Měření spokojenosti zákazníků s cukrářskými výrobky na tuzemském trhu. K zjištění spokojenosti zákazníků je využito dotazníkového šetření. Cílem této bakalářské práce je zjistit spokojenost zákazníků s cukrářskými výrobky na území České republiky a také dozvědět se, jaké jsou jejich preference. Pro naplnění cílů práce byly stanoveny tři výzkumné otázky: Jsou, popř. jak jsou, zákazníci spokojeni s cukrářskými výrobky na tuzemském trhu? Preferují zákazníci spíše klasické dezerty typu štrúdl, věneček a koláče, nebo spíše moderní dezerty inspirované například Francií nebo Itálií? Jak se liší preference zákazníků v Praze a na Příbramsku? Získaná data z dotazníkového šetření byla posléze analyzována a byla provedena jejich syntéza a komparace. Výsledkem šetření je, že obyvatelstvo České republiky je nadprůměrně spokojeno, dává přednost moderním dezertům ze zahraničí a preference osob žijících v okresu Příbram a v Praze jsou velice podobné. Tato práce je rozdělena do tří základních částí: teoretické, analytické a návrhové části.

Abstract:

The topic of this bachelor thesis is Measuring Customer Satisfaction with Confectionery Products on the Domestic Market. The primary tool used to understand the customer satisfaction was a questionnaire inquiry. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to ascertain how are the Czech Republic market customers satisfied with pastry products and also to further analyze preferences of the given group. The thesis was based on three research points: Are the customers satisfied with confectionery products on this domestic market? Do the customers prefer rather traditional desserts such as strudel, choux pastry ring with egg yolk-based filling and pie or is the customer more inclined to modern desserts inspired by various cultures such as French or Italian? What is the difference between customer preferences in Příbram Region and Prague? Acquired data from the questionnaire inquiry were analyzed and thereafter underwent data synthesis and various comparisons. The result of the survey is that the population of the Czech Republic is above average satisfied, prefers modern desserts from abroad and the preferences of people living in the district of Příbram and in Prague are very similar. This thesis is divided into three primary sections: theoretical, analytical and given proposals.
