Abstract:
Nedílnou součástí střevního mikrobiomu jsou nepochybně bakterie mléčného kvašení. Jejich přítomnost v zažívacím traktu je nezbytná pro jeho správné fungování. Během zánětlivého onemocnění střev, jako je ulcerózní kolitida, je počet mléčných bakterií redukován, zatímco množství sulfát redukujících bakterií narůstá. Abstract:
An integral part of the intestinal microbiota is undoubtedly formed by lactic acid bacteria. Their presence in the digestive tract is essential for its proper functioning. During inflammatory bowel disease, such as ulcerative colitis, lactic acid bacteria occurrence is reduced while sulfate-reducing bacteria occur widely in the intestine resulting in increase of their metabolite, hydrogen sulfide. …more
