Práce se zabývá diglosií jako jazykovou kompetencí mluvčích z českého Těšínska. Teoretická část pojednává o specifikách regionu českého Těšínska, o jazykové situaci v něm, o jazykové a komunikační kompetenci diglosních a bilingvních mluvčích a o psycholingvistických a sociolingvistických aspektech prezentované jazykové situace. This diploma thesis is about diglossia as the language skills of the speakers from Czech Těšín Region.
