Abstract:

V první části diplomové práce se autor zaměřuje na teoretické otázky při zavádění systému managementu jakosti do společnosti ve smyslu ISO 9000. Věnuje se zde podstatě jakosti, významům a požadavkům na jakost a trendu ISO k integraci do systému managementu. Především jsou zde popisovány jednotlivé koncepce managementu jakosti, jednotlivé přístupy zabezpečování jakosti a také strukturu firemní dokumentace. Dále je zde pojednáno o perspektivách vývoje přístupů řízení jakosti a různým druhům auditů včetně certifikace. Teoretická část je zakončena výhodami zavedení systému ISO do společnosti. Praktická část je zaměřena na společnost Tesla V.T. Mikroel, s.r.o., kde autor pracuje a v rámci své pracovní náplně organizoval a pomáhal při zavedení systému managementu jakosti ISO 9000. Zde se autor zaměřuje na krátké představení společnosti, analýzu současného stavu a návrh systému managementu jakosti, kde popisuje strukturu dokumentace, příručku jakosti a jednotlivé postupy a pracovní náplně.

Abstract:

In the first part of writer´s thesis he focus on theoretical questions when introducing quality management system into a company under the ISO 9000. He pursue here the nature and importance of the quality, as well as requirements on the quality. There is also talk about future trends in ISO integration into a management system. In this part, there is especially concentration on individual concepts of quality management, security of the quality and a structure of firm documentation. Further on, writer also discuss a perspectives of development of quality directing approaches and different kinds of audits including certifications. The theoretical part is concluded by advantages of setting ISO system for the company. The practical part of the thesis is aimed on Tesla V.T. Mikroel, s.r.o., where writer is currently employed and where he was taking part in organising a setting of quality management system ISO 9000. At this place, there is concentration on short introduction of the company, analysis of a current situation and on suggestions of quality management system. He also describes a structure of the documentation, quality manual, individual procedures and working performance.
