Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou rostlinných nápojů. Teoretická část práce přináší pohled na jednotlivé druhy rostlinných nápojů. Zaměřuje se zejména na jejich složení a nutriční hodnoty, a zároveň uvádí porovnání s kravským mlékem. Zmiňuje úlohu rostlinných nápojů ve výživě jedinců s laktózovou intolerancí, alergií na bílkovinu kravského mléka nebo s jinou potravinovou alergií. Práce poukazuje …more

The bachelor’s thesis deals with the issues of plant-based beverages. The theoretical part of the thesis gives an overview of the different types of plant-based beverages. It focuses primarily on their composition and nutrition value, and it also brings a comparison to cows milk.
