The impact of the migration crisis to status and functioning of FRONTEX
Abstract:
Hlavním cílem předkládané práce je zjistit, jaký vliv má současná migrační krize na fungování a postavení agentury FRONTEX, potažmo jejího nástupce v podobě Evropské pohraniční a pobřežní stráže. V teoretické části je popsána ochrana hranic, jako náplň agentury, migrační krize a vznik agentury FRONTEX. V výzkumné části se autor snaží najít odpověď na stanovené 4 výzkumné otázky
Abstract:
The main aim of this bachelor thesis is to find out the influence of the current migration crisis to the status of FRONTEX, it successor in the form of a European Border and Coast guard. The theoretical part describes the protection of borders, a migration crisis, establishment of FRONTEX. In the research part the author tries to find answers to the 4 research questions
