Financial Load of Companies with Statutory and Contractual Insurance and Business Risk Insurance

Abstract:

Cílem diplomové práce je posoudit finanční zátěž podniku vyplývající z uzavření různých forem a ukázat, jak může podnik optimalizovat výši nákladů na pojištění a využít některou z forem pojištění pro řešení vybraných strategických záměrů. V teoretické části je uvedena klasifikace pojištění a charakteristika jednotlivých produktů. Podnikání je ve vnějším okolí a vnitřním prostředí firmy spojeno se značnou mírou rizika. V této práci je věnována pozornost vybraným formám pojištění, které umožňují firmě některým rizikům předcházet. Tato prevence představuje pro firmu výdaje, je to ale forma méně nákladná, než by představovalo případné řešení nákladů v důsledku nepojištění některých rizik. V diplomové práci analyzuji finanční zátěž na příkladu životního pojištění, zákonného pojištění odpovědnosti z provozu motorového vozidla na pozemních komunikací a pojištění podnikatelských rizik.

Abstract:

The aim of this dissertation is to measure financial charge resulting from contracting various types, and to show opportunities to tune the company amount of insurance expenses and to také advantage of some of the forms of insurance to solve particular strategic intention. Theory part is about classification of insurance and about the character of single products. Business is connected to certain amount of risk in external surrounding and internal area of the company. This thesis describes certain forms of insurance, which allows the company to prevent some of those risks. This prevention means some expense for the company, but definitely lower expense, than solving spendings caused by leaving some of the risks uncovered. This thesis also analyses the finanacial charge on the example of the life insurance policy, insurance for responsibility of operating the self-propelled motor vehicle on surface communications and „bussinessman risks“ insurance.
