Práce je rozdělena na tři základní části. První z nich se zabývá legislativní úpravou zpřístupnění dokumentů vzniklých činností bývalé Státní bezpečnosti. Jsou zde objasněny základní pojmy a celý postup, kterým musí projít každý, kdo žádá o zpřístupnění určitého dokumentu. Druhá část se týká rozdělení agenturní sítě od roku 1945 do roku 1989. This project is divided to three main fractions. The first one is concerned in legislative form of publication of documents of former Státní bezpečnost. There are clarified the elementary constructs and a whole process which is needed for demand and publication of documents. The second fraction is related to dividing of agency from 1945 to 1989.
