Cieľom tejto bakalárskej práce je návrh a implementácia prostredia pre výpočet niekoľko desiatok na seba nadväzujúcich krokov z oblasti výpočtovej chémie. Toto prostredie je realizované pomocou kontajnerizačných nástrojov Podman a Docker.
