Práce se zabývá problematikou kvalitativních poruch vědomí u pacientů starších šedesáti pěti let. Jako jednotící kritérium pro výběr pacientů je diagnóza zlomeniny krčku kosti stehenní léčená operativně. This work deals with qualitative changes of consciousness in patients 65 years old and elder. As a unifying criterion for choice of patiens is diagnosis of femoral neck fracture treated by operation.
