Abstract:
Cílem bakalářské práce bylo vytvoření pluginu programu ImageJ pro segmentaci obrazů kapilárních sítí. Plugin byl vytvořen na základě im-plementace segmentační metody v Matlabu dodané vedoucím práce. Prá-ce obsahuje stručný popis programu ImageJ, popis použité metody, popis vlastní implementace a porovnání výstupů s výstupy implementace v Matlabu. Abstract:
The aim of this thesis was to create a plugin for program ImageJ for segmentation of capillary network. Thesis contains breif description of ImageJ, description of the segmentation method, description of the implementation and the comparsion of results with results of Matlab implementation. A part of this thesis is also the website describing the implemented plugin.
