Diplomová práce pojednává o znovuzavedeném institutu vedlejších doložek v závěti do českého právního řádu občanským zákoníkem č. 89/2012 Sb., ve znění pozdějších předpisů a na ně navazující šíři autonomie vůle zůstavitele. Diploma thesis deals with incidental clauses in the testament which are reintroduced in legal order of the Czech Republic by the Act No 89/2012 and to them closely related breadth of autonomy of the testator’s will.
