Release laborers expedition and their getting a new Job Case Study

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zbývá problematikou hromadně propuštěných dělníků expedice. Vybraní pracovníci přišli o práci v rámci prodeje firmy a následného zrušení provozovny novým vlastníkem. Vykonávali tutéž práci ve stejných podmínkách a ve stejném časovém období. Nyní mají podobné pracovní zkušenosti a podobné startovní podmínky na trhu práce. Klade si za cíl zjistit cestu k nové práci a hledat faktory, které ovlivňují úspěšné nalezení nového zaměstnání ve skupině pracovníků. Teorie lidského kapitálu vysvětluje horší uplatnění na trhu práce. Zaměstnatelnost ukazuje vliv na efektivitu hledání pracovního místa a delší dobu v nezaměstnanosti, což může vést v důsledku k častější změně zaměstnavatele. Tato práce přináší reálné informace o uchazečích o zaměstnání nabízejících se na trhu práce a ukazuje jaké okolnosti kladně či záporně působí a které motivují nezaměstnaného k aktivitě na místním trhu práce. Získáváme souvislosti, které při hledání práce na uchazeče působí.

Abstract:

My bachelor's thesis deals with the problematics of large-scale dismissal of the expedition workers. Chosen workers have lost their jobs as a part of a company takeover and the following shuttingdown of the company by its new owner. They were executing the same takes in the same conditions at the same period of time. Now they all have similar work-related experience and are equal in terms of possibilities on the labour market. The goal of the thesis is to find the way to a new occupation and find new factors which influence the succesful implementation into a new working position amongst workers. The theory of personnel capital explains worse employment possibilities in the employment market. The employability shows the influence on the efficiency of finding a new working position and longer job-search period, which finally can result into more frequent change of working place. This thesis bring real information about the job applicants, about the vacant jobs o the employment market and shows which circumastandes positively ot negatively effect and which motivate the unemploed to be proactive in the sphere of labour market. We get connections which play an important role in the procedure of finding a job of an unemployed.
