Leasing Apartments as a Line of Business
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce pojednává o obecné charakteristice pojmů, týkající se právní úpravy nájmu bytu, založení podniku a podnikání v oboru realit. Práce se zaměřuje na předmět podnikání, strukturu podniku a analýzu cen nemovitostí k pronájmu.
Abstract:
The bachelor's thesis explores a general explanation of terms related to legal rules around apartment tenancy, establishment of an enterprise and doing business in the area of real estate. The thesis focuses on the line of business, enterprise structure and an analysis of prices of properties intended for rent.
