Multivariate statistical methods used in research on bird communities
Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá využíváním mnohorozměrných metod při studium ptačích společenstev. Je zde provedena přehledová rešerše o využívání těchto metod a nejčastěji uváděné metody jsou podrobněji popsány. Vybrané metody jsou dále aplikovány na data fragmentovaných porostů JZ Slovenska, za účelem porovnání výsledků a nalezení nejvhodnější metody pro tento typ dat.
Abstract:
This thesis deals with the use of multidimensional methods in the study of bird communities. A review of methods used in community bird research is given. The most frequently used methods are described in detail. Selected methods are further applied to data on bird communities in windbreaks of South-Western Slovakia with the aim to compare the results of different methods and to find the most suitable …more
