Tato práce se zabývá supramolekulárními vlastnosti dvou tříd makrocyklických sloučenin, bambusurilů a cucurbiturilů. Projekt 1 se věnuje termodynamice a vazebné afinitě komplexů bambus[6]urilu s [Au(CN)2] – a dalšími anorganickými anionty ve vodě s využitím isotermální titrační kalorimetrie a 1H NMR spektroskopie. Abstract:
This thesis explores the supramolecular properties of two classes of macrocycles, bambusurils and cucurbiturils. Project 1 deals with the thermodynamics and binding affinity of the bambus[6]uril complexes of [Au(CN)2]− and many other inorganic anions in water as studied using isothermal titration calorimetry and 1H NMR spectroscopy.
