Trestný čin podvodu v českém trestním právu

Fraud in the Czech Criminal Law
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce pojednává o aspektech trestného činu podvodu v českém trestním právu. Práce je uvozena pohledem do problematiky majetkové trestné činnosti a stručným exkursem do historie trestního práva a podvodu. Těžiště práce spočívá v analýze právní úpravy trestných činů podvodu. Závěr práce hodnotí problematiku s nimi spojenou, předkládá podněty k zamyšlení a náměty „de lege ferenda“.
Abstract:
This bachelor’s thesis dissertates on aspects of criminal offence of fraud in the Czech criminal law. The works inception is focused on questions of property crime and brief excursion to the history of criminal law and crime of fraud.
