Abstract:
Obsahem diplomové práce je pomocí principů štíhlé výroby dosáhnout optimálního hodnotového toku v procesu expedice ve společnosti Ife ČR, a.s. Cílem je úspora místa a odstranění plýtvání v procesu expedice z důvodu sloučení expedice z vedlejší haly.
Abstract:
The subject matter of diploma work is optimalization of value stream in process of expedition in Ife CR, a.s. with the help of lean company principles. The target is to save place and reduction of waste, because of joining expedition with expedition from neighbouring hall.
