Abstract:

Cílem této bakalářské práce je analyzovat důležité problémy, s nimiž se potýkají hypoteční úvěry na bydlení v Číně, a zkoumat, jak předcházet podvodům a trestným činům z hypotečních úvěrů v Číně a řídit se z právního a politického hlediska. Stejně jako prognóza a analýza vyhlídky na hypoteční hypotéku v Číně je poskytována. V teoretické části je uvedena historie rozvojových hypotečních úvěrů v Číně a je uvedena současná situace hypotečních úvěrů Číny, zejména různých typů, úrovní, zúčastněných organizací a lidí z hypotečních úvěrů Číny.

Abstract:

The aim of this Bachelor Thesis is to analyse important issues faced by China’s housing mortgage loans and examine how to prevent and govern the fraud and crime of mortgage loans in China through a legal and political perspective. As well as forecasting and analysing the prospects of China's mortgage securitization is provided. In the theoretical part, history of development mortgage loans in China is introduced and the current situation of China's mortgage loans, especially different types, levels, participating organizations, and people of China's mortgage loans is indicated.
