Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na analýzu v oblasti sponzorování, reklamy a darů, s důrazem na právní úpravu daně z příjmů v těchto oblastech. Důležitou součástí jsou smlouvy, prokazující darování, případně reklamu. Práce se rovněž zabývá komparací změn v oblasti darování v letech 2013 a 2014. The bachelor thesis focuses on an analysis in the field of sponsorship, advertising and donations with an emphasis on the legal regulations of income tax in those fields. Contracts proving donations or advertising are a relevant part. The thesis also deals with the comparison of changes in the field of donations in the years of 2013 and 2014.
