Obsahem diplomové práce je analýza právní úpravy reklamy a vymezení reklamy z pohledu komerčního projevu. Diplomová práce se dále zabývá svobodou projevu z pohledu ústavního práva a jejím vymezením, ochranou a legitimními možnostmi omezení svobody projevu. Pozornost je věnována zejména reklamnímu projevu a otázce, zda re-klamní projev požívá ochranu svobody projevu a jaké jsou limity této ochrany. …more

The diploma thesis deals with an analysis of the legal regulation of advertising and the definition of advertisement from the point of view of commercial speech. The diploma thesis also deals with the freedom of speech from the point of view of constitutional law by defining, protecting and legitimately restricting freedom of speech.
