Abstract:

Cílem této práce je vyhodnotit aktuální situaci spokojenosti zaměstnanců a stav nastaveného systému zaměstnaneckých výhod ve vybraném zdravotnickém zařízení. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí, praktické a teoretické. Teoretická zkoumá odbornou literaturu napříč této problematiky, která je doplněna o další dostupné aktuální zdroje na toto téma. Vytváří tak ucelený základ pro následující praktickou část, v rámci které bylo provedeno dotazníkové šetření za účelem dosažení cíle této bakalářské práce. Praktická část obsahuje krátké představení zařízení, analýzu jejich stávajících benefitů, metodiku sběru dat a následné vyhodnocení samotného dotazníkového šetření. Vyhodnocení zahrnuje shrnutí zjištěných slabých stránek, na které navazují doporučení. Celá práce je zakončena závěrem, který stručně shrnuje její hlavní body a poznatky.

Abstract:

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to evaluate the current situation of employee satisfaction and employee benefits system in a selected medical facility. The work is divided into two parts, practical and theoretical. The theoretical part summarizes theories and findings of this topic using specialized literature and other available resources. It creates a comprehensive basis for the next part. A questionnaire was conducted within the practical part in order to achieve the goal of this bachelor's thesis. The practical part contains a brief introduction of the medical facility, analysis of their existing benefits, methodology of the questionnaire and subsequent evaluation of the questionnaire itself. The evaluation includes a summary of weaknesses, which are complemented by recommendations. The thesis ends with a conclusion which briefly summarizes its main points and findings.
